On Sunday, March 21, I will have the honor of presenting to a unique group of 2G, comprised of American, Hungarian and Israelis!
The presentation was invited by my colleagues at Partnership2Gether, an organization that aims to build long lasting relationships between people from our global Jewish family which currently has 19 communities. Within this partnership, the group titled ’Sliding Dors’ includes, as its name indicates, 2G and 3G descendants of Holocaust Survivors.
This specific program provides a safe virtual space where participants can meet from time to time, and can share stories with each other that maybe they have never shared before. It is therefore essential that there is consistency in the building of the relationships among members, and the program is not open for the public. However, if you would like to become part of a similar group, please find out if your community participates in a similar partnership with other Jewish Communities in Israel and in Europe. The partnerships are created and supported through the Jewish Agency.
