Program Description:
Dr. Felsen will reflect on the impact of the Holocaust survivors’ experiences on their adult children. She will discuss how the transmission of trauma to adult children may also impact the care that is provided to their parents by social workers and other professionals. Case presentations provided by professionals from local organizations working with Holocaust survivors will follow Dr. Felsen’s remarks. Case presenters include:
